Section titled “Upgrading (Adding Servers)”When adding servers, costs are prorated from the date of addition to the end of the billing cycle.
Downgrading (Removing Servers)
Section titled “Downgrading (Removing Servers)”When removing servers, no refund is issued for the current period, but the next billing cycle will reflect the new server count.
Switching Between Monthly and Annual
Section titled “Switching Between Monthly and Annual”You can switch between monthly and annual billing at any time:
- Monthly to Annual — Switches immediately, prorated
- Annual to Monthly — Switches to monthly after the annual term expires
Canceling Your Subscription
Section titled “Canceling Your Subscription”After cancellation:
- You can continue using the service until the end of the current billing period
- After the period ends, server connections will be disconnected
- Your account and settings are retained for 90 days
- After 90 days, all data is permanently deleted
