Member Management

Organization owners and admins can invite new members, adjust roles, and remove members who are no longer needed.

  1. Go to “Team” > “Members”
  2. Click “Invite Member”
  3. Enter the email address
  4. Select the role to assign
  5. Click “Send Invitation”
Invitation email example:
Subject: You've been invited to join [Organization Name] - Piora
Body: [Inviter] has invited you to join the [Organization Name]
organization on Piora. Click the link below to accept...

You can invite multiple members at once, separating email addresses by line:

developer1@company.com
developer2@company.com
designer@company.com

On the “Team” > “Members” page, you can see all member information:

Owners and admins can modify member roles:

  1. Find the target member in the member list
  2. Click the role dropdown
  3. Select the new role
  4. Confirm the change

Steps to remove a member:

  1. Find the target member in the member list
  2. Click the “Remove” button
  3. Confirm the removal

Removed members immediately lose access to all organization resources.

You can manage pending invitations in the “Invitations” tab:

  • Resend — If the invitee didn’t receive the email
  • Cancel — Revoke unaccepted invitations
  • View status — Check if invitations have been sent or expired

All member management operations are logged:

  • Member invitations
  • Invitation acceptance
  • Role changes
  • Member removals

You can view the complete activity history in “Team” > “Activity Log”.

Member Didn’t Receive the Invitation Email

Section titled “Member Didn’t Receive the Invitation Email”
  1. Ask the invitee to check their spam folder
  2. Verify the email address is correct
  3. Try resending the invitation
  4. If the issue persists, contact support

There is currently no member limit. You can invite any number of members to your organization.
